Colour Therapy

Colour therapy has been used for healing since ancient times, with the Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans recognizing its power. Physicians like Aulus Cornelius Celsus and Avicenna studied how colour influences disease and treatment, while Aristotle linked colours to the sun and moon, masculine and feminine energy, and the four elements—fire, water, earth, and air.

Science confirms that colour is more than just visual; it is energy that interacts with our bodies, emotions, and consciousness. Our environment’s colours influence our mood and behaviour, just as they did for our ancestors. Studies show that blind individuals can sense colours through touch, proving that colour operates beyond sight—it is absorbed energetically through the aura and chakras.

Each colour holds unique psychological and vibrational properties that affect the body, mind, and spirit. Red energizes the body, blue calms the mind, yellow uplifts emotions, and green creates balance. These colours align directly with the chakras—the body’s energy centers—helping to clear blockages and raise our vibrational frequency, a key step in spiritual ascension.

By consciously using colour in our surroundings, clothing, and meditation practices, we can unlock healing, expand consciousness, and accelerate spiritual awakening. This knowledge has been hidden because a society that understands energy is a society that cannot be controlled.
